The paper on bias mitigation methods for RWD using synthetic minority augmentation by Juwar et al. has a number of code files and data files associated with it. These files are included in the zip archive below. There are a few things to note:
- Some of the datasets that we used have to be requested directly from the data owners, and we have provided their details in the paper.
- Some of the code uses proprietary software that is accessed through an API. We have provided alternate suggestions for open source versions in the comments where that was the case.
