How can I change the layout of the risk assessment Word report ?

The PARAT tool generates a Word report summarizing the results of the re-identification risk assessment and de-identification that it has performed on a particular data set. This summary is quite often useful for presentation to a research ethics board as evidence that the risk of re-identification meets certain criteria. However, some organizations may wish to customize this summary report to fit their style, or maybe to add a logo.

The Word report template for the summary report is in the file "C:\program files\PA\Risk Assessment Report.doc". You can open this file and edit it to make the necessary changes.

The Word document is auto populated with values from the risk assessment itself. The PARAT tool uses bookmarks to indicate the location where specific pieces of dynamic content should be placed. You may want to move the location of this content, or remove some if it completely from the template if you wish to simplify or focus it for your organization. The bookmarks are included below.
