The following tool can be used to decrypt files that were encrypted using the PARAT de-identification engine or the encryption tool. Groups that receive data through our lab can use this tool with the provided password to extract the data.

The decryption tool only works on Windows machines and requires that the .Net framework (version 3.5+) is installed. You can download this from the Microsoft web site (see the readme file).
